So I read a lot of posts about our fellow mates complaining about not getting pings. That happens with me as well and this is what I have figured out. Go offline, sign out from the app and delete the app. Clear the cookies and cache and data from Safari by going to settings (android try clearing cache and cookies as well from settings).
